Good news for Noordhoek property sales is that areas in the Western Cape such as the Atlantic Seaboard are beginning to sometimes experience shortage of stock again. This is according to Pam Golding Properties’ regional MD Laurie Wener who has said that this is driving up the prices, although only minimally at present.

Wener notes that although formal economic indicators aren’t solidly showing recovery in the property sector, especially residential, in reality and on the ground interest in buying has increased and turnover has been better than expected so far this year.
